I am thrilled that my last toy society drop was found. While its so nice to receive word that your toys has been found and will be cherished, its important to do things without expecting a thankyou.
As my boys grow older and are able to be more involved I hope I am able to impart on them the importance of random acts of kindness and generosity for strangers (and those close to them). I really recommend all crafters to get involved in the Toy Society

Today we went for a very nice picnic at Federal Park on the water at Annandale. The boys had a lovely time and we dropped Annie off at the Playground there for The Toy Society. Hopefully she will find a nice home.
She is from the Black Apple Pattern.

Today I am working at the table outside.
Monkey no. 2 is sick now and I am not feeling great so we’re trying to get some fresh air.
I’m pairing fabrics and preparing to cut pieces out for softies.
I’m thrilled that Charlie has found a good home.

Meet Charlie the wistful monster

He’s hoping he has found a friendly new home tonight, curtesy of The Toy Society.
It was such a fun experience dropping him off. I felt like waiting to see who took him, but that defeats the purpose, and the boys needed their afternoon naps, so home we went.
He was created from an adapted RevoluzZza pattern.
